My Motives

"So Bill, is this your entry into the chiropractic practice management arena?"

Great question, but in a word, no.

My motives for creating The Conversation are actually pretty simple.

This year marks my 30th year of being involved in the chiropractic profession, giving seminars, traveling over 1.5 million miles lecturing to/at chiropractors in the process. I absolutely love the self-expression that giving seminars has provided. The highlight was sharing my ideas with 2,800 people at the Masters Circle Super Conference in Orlando, Florida in October of 2007. I can't begin to describe the pleasure I've felt from seminar audiences surrendering their attention to hear this non-DC speak.

Orlando Florida

As wonderful as that is, I'm not about to stop, but these days I want to go deep, rather than wide. I have the highest regard for The Masters Circle, Breakthrough Coaching, Ward Success Systems, Chiro Advance Services and a few other coaching programs. Each has attracted their unique "tribe" and added tremendous value to the profession, helping thousands of chiropractors.

Instead, I want to create small group settings. With a high level of intimacy, accountability and support. A safe place where we can lower our guard, become more transparent and confront the truth. Creating the opportunity for long-lasting friendships and facilitating significant change.

If you feel that a long-term commitment would better serve your needs than an intense, one-time, 30-day program culminating in an ad hoc meeting with no more than nine other DCs, pleeeeeease interview and hire one of the practice coaches I've listed above. That's not the purpose of The Conversation.

And if you think merely an hour of telephone consultation makes sense, I offer that too.
