"Just what am I getting myself in for, Bill?"
Not to worry. Most of the pre-debrief assignments are ideas and procedures you're probably already familiar with. The difference here is you'll have a heightened sense of observation as you go about completing them.
It is the self-reflection you do during and after each assignment that produces the insights you seek. If you're not willing to turn inward and examine what shows up during these assignments, The Conversation will be a waste of your time.
Those who tend to dominate patients, have poor listening skills or who are especially resistant to change find this part of The Conversation challenging.
Here are the subject lines of the emails that will show up in your inbox during the four weeks leading up to the Debrief:

As you can see, nothing scary here. Click on the one entitled Old Seminar Notes to get a feel for what I'll be asking you to do via these emails.
Now, if you haven't established the 21st Century habit of checking your emails on a regular basis, you'll want to start. Because that's how we conduct The Conversation until we meet face-to-face for second part of the program, the Debrief.
