I think what many overlook is that a cash practice is more of a headspace than a patient financial policy. Obtaining, strengthening or affirming that mindset can be accomplished from a variety of resources. In no particular order, here are a few you might find helpful:

"Unlimited Chiropractic Care at a Fixed Fee," audio program delivered by Dr. Robert Hoffman, The Masters Circle.

"Cash Practice New Practice," by Dr. David Abblett. A 128-page book with information about how to start from scratch in cashland and tips on how to convert. (925) 827-5600 Or contact Parker College bookstore, that's where I got my copy.
