Picking up similar graphics from the patient's original scan
folder, enter the patients name and the date of the report
in the horizontal white box on the lower right corner of the
cover.
Inside reveals two adhesive strips. Remove the protective
covering and apply the previous scan(s) covering the top panel.
Attach the most recent scan to the adhesive strip on the bottom
panel.

Refer to the text under the bottom scan to correlate
your findings. Notice "Looks Worse" is not used. Instead,
we use "Looks Different." When using EMG, a stuck
pattern, or "No Change" is "worse!"

The back panel explains chiropractic is dependent upon delighted
patients telling others. We offer five ways your patients
can creatively introduce chiropractic to their friends and
family.
It's a simple, but elegant way to package your patient's
progress scans and grow your practice at the same time.
