Opening the CLA Scan Folder reveals the inside cover that introduces the importance of the nervous system, subluxation and the high-tech equipment used to detect subluxation patterns.

Place your report documents behind the center flap and weave any relevant patient brochures through the two horizontal die-cuts. After applying a laser printed label with your office information (or rubber stamp) cover it with two business cards in the opposing "half-moon" die-cuts on the right side of the flap. Make it easier for patients to refer others!

Opened all the way, the Patient Media VIP Folder measures 21" wide, making it easy to handle. The far right flap shows sample scans, explaining what they can reveal. Perfect for helping your patient explain the scans to a spouse or others not present at your report.
