Implementing the VIP Report Folder
 |
Before using with a patient, imprint your practice
information on the inside flap between the two "half-moon"
die cuts with a high quality rubber stamp or by applying
a laser printed adhesive label. Cover up your imprint
by inserting two business cards in the die cuts.
Review
the folder on line.

Prepare the folder
Add the patients name and the report date along the
upper right edge of the folder. Select rack brochures relevant
to the patients problem to insert into the two horizontal
die cuts on the inside flap. Circle, or be prepared to circle,
the words on the back panel that are relevant to patient's
case. Collect any other documents, such as EMG printouts,
office polices, doctor biography, narratives, etc. that you
will be sending home with the patient in the folder.
During your report
Use the various Patient Media Inserts appropriate to your
practice style to guide your delivery. (Click
here for sample script.) Collect the patient's copies
of the carbonless Inserts, along with any other documents,
and place them behind the inside flap. Present to the patient
with the encouragement to review the contents with their spouse,
especially if they are receiving your report without their
presence.
That's it! The VIP Report Folder is easy to use and serves
as a flexible, yet impressive "container" for your
report presentation.
