Implementing Your 50 Patient Letters

Determine which letters are those you're most likely to use. Edit and format them in advance so they are ready to use.

Install the text files onto your computer desktop or special folder. Here's how.

Review the letters and identify the ones to be implemented into your regular protocol, determining what regularly occurring event will trigger the sending of a particular letter.

For example:

Letter #16 Welcome letter. Mailed on patient's first visit.
Letter #18 First adjustment letter. Mailed on patient's second visit.
Letter #19 Speed the healing letter. Mailed on patient's fourth visit.
Letter #33 VIP letter. Mailed on patient's 10th visit.
Letter #32 Post-progress examination. Mailed on 15th visit.

Virtually all of the remaining letters are designed to be sent when triggered by an event, situation or circumstance that is seasonal or unpredictable.

Review the letters that you might find yourself using at some point in the future and prepare them now so you're ready. These might include:

Letter #28 Sorry about the wait
Letter #35 Dismissal
Letter #47 Happy birthday
Letters #48-49 Happy New Year
