One of the greatest challenges of any small business is to get (and keep) customers (patients). Keep enough and you significantly reduce the number of new ones that you need. What's your plan to systematically introduce more people to chiropractic?
Extraordinary care - Many chiropractors imagine that incredible adjustments (or results) will be sufficient to grow their practice. Yet, there is little correlation.
Internal marketing - What are you doing on a consistent basis to stimulate reactivations? Are you handing out brochures or merely hoping patients will take them?
Internet presence - Do you have a high performing website? Is it mobile optimized? Does it successfully convert visitors into new patients?
External events - Seminars, lectures and screenings may be emotionally risky but they attract those who resonate with you and your vision of health.
