Love always protects, trusts, hopes and perseveres.
You probably know some secrets about those you care for, that if widely known, would discredit or at least embarrass them.
Protect all secrets.
You tell the chiropractic story to all who will listen. Some overtly reject it. Others show polite interest. Others embrace it with passion.
Trust that the truth will eventually reign.
You help a patient with their admitting complaint and at the height of their progress, they discontinue their care without warning. Was it something you said? Was it something you forgot to say?
Hope that you made it easy to return should they suffer a relapse.
You feel like you're in a constant uphill battle to fight the allopathic, path-of-least-resistance mindset. It seems little progress is being made.
Persevere. You may not change the world, but you can change it for a few, maybe more! Press on.

Once again, Bill is smarter than any chiropractor I've ever met, me included! I would submit to all practitioners that it will take chiropractors being bi vocational to save our planet. Chiropractors have a mis guided work ethic. Ministry was built around Pastors working 2 jobs, ministry and a vocation to support his love of the ministry. We really don't understand love in this business. We love money but that isn't enough. I recommend the Conversation to anyone who is considering it. Bill's perspective on life is contagious. He drills it home that it's not about you! In my lifetime I have met maybe 2 chiropractors who fit that bill. Sorry to say they were not monetarily rich but rich in spirit but that was good enough for them. We need to change our thoughts but that is hard to do with the amount that it costs to exist in this day and age. Bill has a tiny church but I can tell you it is sound!
God bless
