We just added a 5 CD changer and want to randomly add in with our music, chiropractic "blurbs" so to speak. Why don't you have a CD with basic chiropractic information that could be played in our waiting room?
My Response:
We've opted to avoid this easy-to-implement patient education technique. Here’s why.
Unlike brochures and other overtures which the patient can freely choose to embrace or reject, piping seemingly self-serving chiropractic information over a “public address system,” while well intentioned, removes the patient’s ability to choose.
Not saying it’s wrong, but that’s why I’ve chosen not to create such a tool.
